This part is necessary if you want to change your nozzle from a Hago to a cleanable 1024-3010 nozzle.  One end has a male thread just like a Hago nozzle and on the other end it has a female 1024 thread to receive a male threaded slimline nozzle.  All you do is use a 5/8" wrench and a 3/4" wrench to remove the existing Hago nozzle tip.  Then screw in the Hago - slimline adapter.  Then screw in your 1024-3010 cleanable nozzle assembly hand tight and your done.  Now you can easily remove and clean your nozzles if they become clogged.
